Your data stays with you.
Privacy policy · Updated September 22, 2026
Still is a personal check-in and voluntary TradingView website blocker. This policy describes the Still extension and its companion website at still-before-market.vercel.app.
What Still handles
Still saves the Yes/No answers you enter, including gym, breakfast, mental readiness, chart clarity, and trading intentions, along with your check-in date and progress. These include wellness-related and trading-related responses. It also saves your custom questions, weekday schedules, trade and size reminders, preferred lock times, appearance settings, and light/dark preference and the start, end, and reason for a browser lock.
The extension checks whether a tab is on TradingView to redirect it while your chosen lock is active. It does not read chart contents, balances, trade history, order details, passwords, or broker credentials. TradingView URLs are used locally for blocking and are not stored as a browsing-history log.
Where information lives
Answers and theme preferences stay in local browser storage for the website or extension page you use. Lock records stay in the extension’s local storage. Still does not use Chrome Sync for this information. The website and extension exchange lock status and the lock choice within your browser so the website can show the confirmed restriction.
Still does not send your answers, trading intentions, TradingView browsing activity, or lock records to its developer or an external server. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or remote executable code, and does not sell personal information.
Website hosting and other services
The companion website is hosted by Vercel. Loading it sends ordinary web-request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time, to the hosting provider for delivery and operation. Your check-in answers and saved lock records are not included in those requests. See Vercel’s privacy notice. Chrome Web Store installation and updates are handled by Google under Google’s policies. TradingView is a separate service with its own policies.
Retention and deletion
A new check-in replaces the current draft when you start over or the New York date changes. Previous app versions may have left older local keys. Clear site data for the companion website to remove all its local data. Remove the extension to remove its local extension data. Clearing website data does not remove the extension’s active lock. Lock records may remain after expiration until replaced or removed with the extension.
Your choices
Answering questions does not create a lock. You choose a lock and confirm you are flat with orders canceled. The extension can be disabled or uninstalled. The standalone extension page works without visiting the companion website.
Questions and changes
Support and privacy contact details will be listed on the Chrome Web Store listing when Still is published. This policy will be updated if the app’s data handling changes.
